Q: What is a bundle, or a bundled service?
A bundle is a package that includes more than one service – in this case telephone, broadband and mobile broadband. Instead of paying for each of the different services separately, you pay a combined monthly charge on ONE bill.
Q: Why are KC offering bundles?
Bundled services are now common across the industry and in recent years customers have told us that they’d like to be able to buy a combined phone and broadband package and receive just one bill. In the past the communications regulator Ofcom prevented us from offering bundled services. It’s great news for our customers that Ofcom have now lifted this restriction.
Q: What do KC’s bundles offer?
The new bundled services offer a landline and fixed line broadband, and they also offer the option of mobile broadband for people who need it. The bundles give people great value for money with free local calls 24/7 as well as free calls to national, and 0870, 0845 and directory enquiry numbers. The bundles also include free landline to UK mobile minutes. As for broadband, the fixed line broadband service included in our bundles offers superfast speeds using the latest technology – we’ll tell you what speed you can expect when you sign up.
