  • Disconnections/Slow Speeds

    Over the last couple of weeks we have been seeing lots of calls reporting disconnections and slow speeds. On most of these calls the internet connection has been working fine but the wireless connection within the home has been intermittent. This is often caused by not using the best wireless channel on your router.
