    If your internet speed or connection isn’t what it should be, our Technical Support team can usually sort this out straight away. But to save you having to call, there are a few quick and easy things you can try that should help. First of all, check your wireless channel on your router. Something as simple as not being on the right channel can make your wireless signal drop out every now and again. There’s a step-by-step guide for KC supplied routers here.
