Terms and Conditions

Pre-Requisites

• This trial is only available to existing KC Business customers in Woodmansey.

Duration of the Trail

• We will provide the trial service to you for a period of 6 months. We may decide to extend the trial period and if so we will contact you to make sure that you are happy to continue with the trial service during this period.
• We will contact you throughout the trial to gain your feedback and you agree to be a case study upon successful completion of the trial.

Charges

• You will continue to pay the same charge as you are paying for your current service from KC.
• At the end of the trial, you will be given the option to upgrade to a new fibre service or revert back to the original service that you were on at the start of the trial.

The Trial Service

• The trial service you receive will be significantly faster than your current business service and will be determined by KC.
• We may need to make some changes to the trial service but we will make sure that these changes do not have an impact on your business.
• You will be provided with a new router specifically for use with the trial service and you must not use any other router during this time.
• The trial service will be provided as an additional service at your premises. We will continue to provide the original service that you were on during the trial period and this will be available to you as a backup if necessary.

End of the Trial

• We will contact you towards the end of the trial to discuss all of the options available to you.
• If you wish to continue with a new fibre service, you will be able to upgrade to a new fibre product at the end of the trial period. Revised charges and a new minimum contract period will then apply from that point.

Conditions of Service

• The trail service will be provided on the same Conditions of Service that apply to your existing KC service - unless they are inconstant with these Terms.
• You have the right to change your mind and cancel your participation in the trial at any time. You can do this by calling the KC Fibre Team on 0800 915 5777.
• If you cancel the trial service, you will be reverted back to the original service that you were on at the start of the trial.
