Terms and Conditions for Free Prize Draw

  1. The prize-draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over as at the time of entry.
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted per prize-draw and any multiple entries will be disqualified from entry.
  3. The winner of the prize-draw shall receive a standard Business Bundle Package for a period of 12 months (further details of which are available on our website here www.kc.co.uk/businessbundles ("The Prize").
  4. One Prize will be awarded.
  5. Entries must be made by successfully entering correct name and address details at www.kc.co.uk/iwantafreebundle on or before 5pm on the 23 December 2011 before the Prize Date ("Closing Date").
  6. KCOM Group PLC trading as KC ("KC") will draw one entry at random from all of the qualifying entries received. KC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. No purchase is necessary.
  8. KC accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer or telecommunications hardware or software failure of any kind.
  9. Prize winners will be notified by post and/or telephone at KC's discretion.
  10. The name of each winner may be obtained by written request by sending a SAE to KCOM Group Plc, KC Marketing Department, 37 Carr Lane, Hull, HU1 3RE following the selection of the winners
  11. If any Prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be selected at KC's discretion. KC will not be responsible for any inability of the Prize winner to take up the specified Prize.
  12. The Prize will be supplied by KC. In the event that it is not, in KC's reasonable opinion, practicable for KC to supply any of the services supplied as part of the Prize to the winner's address, the winner shall be awarded Capital Bond high street gift vouchers in the sum of £200.
  13. The Prize winner agrees to enter into and comply with KC's Business Conditions of Bundled Services available here: http://www.kc.co.uk/docs/legal-docs/business-conditions-for-bundled-service.pdf. The winner also agrees to pay for any usage in excess of the maximum usage limit(s) applicable to the relevant service(s) provided as part of the Prize.
  14. KC reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  15. KCOM reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this free prize draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
  16. This prize draw is governed by English law.
