KC plays Santa’s little helper with Christmas Gadget Guide

KC has provided an online guide to help customers set up the most popular gadgets they’re likely to receive as gifts this Christmas.

KC’s Christmas Gadget Guide directs customers to online instructions for setting up new laptops, netbooks, smartphones,MP3 players, Kindles and games consoles.

The guide, at www.karoo.co.uk/santa, means customers can get help to set up their gifts over the Christmas period, even when KC’s Karoo help desk is closed.

A telephone version of the guide will also be available on 01482 606101 outside of help desk opening hours, so that customers can hear clear, simple instructions for setting up the gadget of their choice.

Nick Thompson, KC’s Director of Consumer Services, said: “Gadgets like iPhones, Wii consoles and laptops are popular gifts these days, but setting them up can sometimes be frustrating.

“Our technical support team has put our Christmas Gadget Guide together to give customers support in setting up their gifts even when our help desk is closed.

“We hope it means our customers can start enjoying their gadgets soon after they receive them, and without any stress or hassle.
