KC marks National Customer Service Week 2010
KC is offering account reviews to help customers get better value from their phone and broadband services
This week is National Customer Service Week 2010, which aims to raise awareness of the importance of treating customers well in order to achieve business success.
Local communications provider KC is marking the week by urging customers to take advantage of the free account reviews it offers to make sure they are getting the best possible value from their phone and broadband services.
Customers who call KC’s customer services team this week will be offered a free account review to check that they are on the best KC Talk and Karoo service for their needs.
Nick Thompson, KC’s Director of Consumer Services, said: “We know that as people’s phone and broadband usage change over time, and as we update and improve our services, there will be some customers who could be getting better value for money by switching to a different KC Talk or Karoo service.
“We think it’s good customer service to let people know how they can get the best possible value from the services we provide them with, and during National Customer Service we want to encourage people to call us and spend five minutes talking through their accounts.
“Even if it turns out that they’re already on the best talk plan or broadband service for their needs, there are still ways we can help them save.
“For example, some customers might not be aware that through our KC Favourites scheme they can save 10 per cent on calls to the numbers they call most often – and 25 per cent on calls to their three favourite numbers. The scheme’s absolutely free to join.
“We also want to make customers aware of the free landline to mobile minutes and free Message Minder answerphone service we offer with most of our KC Talk plans – there’s no catch and great savings to be made.
Customers who would like an account review can call KC on 602555.
